Driver In Head-On Crash Was More Than Twice Legal Limit: Police
Wallingford Police arrested the man on DUI charges.

Wallingford Police say a 55-year-old town man’s blood alcohol content level was two and a half times over the legal limit when he was involved in a head-on collision over the weekend, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record Journal reports Thomas Peterman, of 44 Brentwood Drive, was arrested for the incident, which occurred when his 2005 Ford Mustang crossed over into oncoming traffic just after midnight on Saturday.
The other driver was reportedly not injured in the crash.
