DUI Driver Kicks Police Cruiser Window, Spits All Over Back Seat: Wallingford Police

The 20-year-old man was also found to be in possession of heroin, according to police.

A 20-year-old Wallingford man arrested on DUI and drug charges faces additional charges after allegedly kicking the window of a police cruiser and spitting numerous times all over the back seat, causing the vehicle to be temporarily taken out of service, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

The Record-Journal reports Tucker Pawloski, 20, of 2 Kazersky Drive, was arrested Saturday night after police received a call of an unwanted person at a Kazersky Drive home.

Police found Pawloski standing near his white Mercedes Benz and said he failed a field sobriety test and later determined he was in the possession of heroin, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
