Dunkin', Retail To Open In Former Restaurant Property In Wallingford

Plans call for a Dunkin' and two commercial tenants to open at a property that was home to Duchess, according to a report.

WALLINGFORD, CT — A drive-thru Dunkin' is planned for the former Duchess restaurant property in Wallingford, according to Hearst Connecticut.

Plans for the Dunkin' at the 124 Church St. property were presented at a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting Monday. The Dunkin' will be drive-thru only and will have no interior seating, with the remaining building space to be used by two commercial tenants.
