Fall Festival Returns To Wallingford
A scaled down version of Celebrate Wallingford returns to the center of town after the popular event had been canceled due to the pandemic.
WALLINGFORD, CT — A scaled down version of Celebrate Wallingford returns to the center of town this weekend.
The two-day event that draws thousands of people to downtown Wallingford has been canceled for the past two years because of the coronavirus pandemic. Organizers announced earlier this year that there wouldn’t be enough time to put together the traditional two-day festival.
The one-day Celebrate on Center will be held in its place. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 2 on Center Street. The festival will feature food, music, arts and crafts, shopping and more.
