Four Hospitalized After Fire At Wendy’s In Wallingford

Multiple employees reportedly received treatment after a fire on Wednesday afternoon.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Four people were hospitalized for treatment of burn injuries and smoke inhalation after a kitchen fire at the Wendy’s in Wallingford on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Meriden Record-Journal. Fire crews responded to the North Colony Road restaurant at about 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Two employees sustained minor burns in the incident, while two other employees were treated for smoke inhalation, according to the WTNH.
