Kids, Ages 11, 13 & 15 Found With Stolen Car: Wallingford Police
All three juveniles were arrested after police say they left a stolen car in the road during the early morning hours on Wednesday.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Three juveniles — ages 11, 13 and 15 — were arrested early Wednesday morning after police say they left a stolen vehicle on a road in Wallingford. Police responded to the area of 1001 North Colony Road during the early morning hours on Feb. 27 on the report of a vehicle that had been left in the travel portion of North Colony Road, according to police.
A witness told police that three people left the vehicle and were walking south on North Colony Road. While responding to the call, an officer located three people walking along North Colony Road. Police learned that they were the same people that the witness saw getting out of the vehicle that was left in the road.
Police said the vehicle was reported stolen from Hamden on Feb. 24 and the three suspects were all juveniles, ages 11, 13 and 15.

All three juveniles, whose names weren’t released because of their age, were charged with third-degree larceny. The 13-year-old was released into the custody of his mother. The 11-year-old and the 15-year-old were detained and later taken to juvenile detention on a juvenile custody detainer, according to police. One was taken to Bridgeport Juvenile Detention and the other to Hartford Juvenile Detention.
