Man Assaulted Officers At Wallingford Car Dealership: Police
A man is accused of biting and kicking officers after causing a disturbance at a car dealership in Wallingford, according to a report.
WALLINGFORD, CT — A Meriden man is accused of assaulting Wallingford police officers after causing a disturbance at a car dealership in Wallingford, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports Ulpiano Nieves, 30, was arrested after police said he bit an officer’s arm, which broke the skin, and kicked other officers. Police responded to Cerrito’s Auto on North Colony Road after receiving a report that a man who appeared to be intoxicated was trying to pick up his car and was causing a disturbance, according to the Record-Journal.
