Man Charged With Public Indecency At Park: Wallingford Police

WALLINGFORD, CT — A Meriden man was arrested after police say he was caught masturbating outside of his vehicle at a park in Wallingford. A witness called police on Aug. 12 and said they saw a man masturbating outside his vehicle at Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park on East Center Street.

The man, identified as 67-year-old Ricki Nadeau, admitted the offense to responding officers. Police said no children were in the park at the time of the incident.

Nadeau, of Allen Drive in Meriden, was charged with public indecency and disorderly conduct. He was held on a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 26 at Meriden Superior Court.
