Meriden Woman Accused of a String of Motor Vehicle Crashes in Wallingford
Meghan McLear, 19, faces several charges, including operating without a license, following a night filled with accidents.

A 19-year-old Meriden woman faces several charges after a string of motor vehicle accidents Saturday night in Wallingford in which she allegedly struck at least three cars, a house, a guard rail, some fencing and trees, according to the Meriden Record Journal.
Meghan McLear is accused of operating a family member’s car without a license, along with four counts of evading responsibility and five counts of reckless driving.
The Record-Journal reports that the night started with McLear allegedly rear-ending a car, and after that accident a female passenger tried to get out of the car as it was backing up but the door knocked the woman to the ground and McLear continued to back up and then struck a guard rail.
