Obituary: Mary E. Reardon, 91, of Wallingford
Mary worked for the North Haven Board of Education as Principal of Montowese Elementary and Ridge Road Elementary schools for many years.
WALLINGFORD, CT - (From North Haven Funeral Home) Mary E. Reardon, 91, of Wallingford, formerly of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the Regency House, Wallingford.
Born in New Haven on June 13, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Denis and Nellie Leary Reardon.
Mary earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University and a master’s degree from Columbia University.

She had worked for the North Haven Board of Education as the Principal of Montowese Elementary and later Ridge Road Elementary schools until her retirement.
Aunt of Jeanne Reardon, James (Lynne) Reardon, Lynn Reardon, and Neil (Christine) Reardon. Great-Aunt of Caitlin and Sean Reardon.

Predeceased by her brothers James and Eugene Reardon.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday morning, Dec. 23 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue.
A Mass of Christian burial will follow in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, North Haven at 12 noon.
Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven, CT 06473.
