A website for Lost & Found Wallingford describes it as a “community gathering place featuring a restaurant” with a goal of opening in “Spring/Summer 2024.”
WTNH reports a resident opposing the plan claimed Flamini changed the zoning of the property from residential to commercial without posting a notice.

Flamini, who bought the land in May, told WTNH that his proposal was filed in June.
The site plan item was removed from the agenda of a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting in July because the plan still needed to be reviewed by the Wetlands Commission, P&Z Chairman Jim Seichter said at the time.
Wednesday night’s Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission meeting was held at 10 Mansion Road so that the commission could conduct a site investigation related to the application, according to the agenda.
