Road Closure Announced For Halloween Event In Wallingford
Wallingford Police announce a road closure and parking prohibitions that will be in effect for an upcoming children's Halloween event.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Wallingford Police have announced a road closure and parking prohibitions that will be in effect on Oct. 27 due to a children’s Halloween event sponsored by the town’s Parks and Recreation Department.
Road closure as follows:
South Main Street will be closed to all motor vehicle traffic between the intersection of Center Street, and the intersection of Prince Street, on Friday, Oct. 27 between 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Parking prohibitions:
In anticipation of the road closure, there will be no parking on South Main Street between Center Street and Prince Street for the duration of the event. Motorists are reminded that vehicles parked in violation of this prohibition will be subject to the issuance of a parking ticket by police and removal by tow truck.
