Sheehan High School's Roof Damaged in Storm

Water leaked into many classrooms and offices; no school Wednesday and Thursday.

While all other Wallingford Public Schools will reopen tomorrow, Sheehan High School will remain closed.

An old section of the Sheehan building's roof was damaged by heavy winds and rain from Hurricane Sandy, causing water to leak into classrooms and offices.

Sheehan will be closed to students tomorrow and Thursday. Teachers and administrators will be assigned to other duties for the day.
