Sleeping Man Arrested on Drug Charges in Wallingford Hotel Parking Lot
Police say the man had more than an ounce of cocaine inside his vehicle.

Wallingford police arrested Michael Hoyle, 31, of 1433 Tuttle Avenue, early Monday morning on drug charges after he was allegedly found sleeping in a hotel parking lot with more than an ounce of cocaine in his vehicle, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports police were called around 12:48 a.m. by an employee of the Hilton Garden Inn on Barnes Road about a man who was sitting in a vehicle for more than two hours.
An employee checked on the man and he didn’t respond, but police were able to wake him up, according to the Record-Journal.
