‘Stuff-A-Cruiser’ Food Drive Set For Wallingford
The Wallingford Police Department will host its third annual "Stuff-a-Cruiser" event on Nov. 15.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The Wallingford Community Police Division will host its 3rd Annual “Stuff a Cruiser” food drive event at Stop & Shop, located at 930 North Colony Road, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 15.
“Our goal is to collect non-perishable food for those in need for this Thanksgiving,” Sgt. Shelly Samselski said in a press release. “We will have uniformed police officers along with a cruiser near the front of the store to collect the donations. The food donations will then be delivered to Master’s Manna, Wallingford’s local food pantry, and Holiday For Giving, located at the Wallingford Parks and Rec Department.
“We encourage and welcome anyone to help with this cause to support our local Wallingford community.”
