Suspect Threatens Employee with Knife in Attempted Wallingford Robbery: Report
A man attempted to rob a Wallingford gas station over the weekend.

WALLINGFORD, CT – A man attempted to rob a gas station at knifepoint on Saturday but fled the store when the employee refused to comply with his demands, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports the suspect entered the Food Land gas station on South Colony Road at about 5:30 p.m. on Saturday and fled in a blue car.
Police are investigating.
