Victim Identified in Fatal Wallingford Crash
The man's car travelled across the highway and crashed into a tree.
A Manchester man was killed in a crash on I-91 in Wallingford Sunday afternoon after State Police say he crashed into a tree.
Walter Sarmiento-Bustamante, 26, was traveling in the left lane on I-91 near Exit 15 in Wallingford when his car struck the wire rope guard rail in the left shoulder, traveled across three lanes of traffic and struck a tree, police said.
Sarmiento-Bustamante was pronounced dead at the scene.
