Wallingford Arrest Log

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Inger Kierce, 35, of State St., New Haven was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of third-degree identity theft, interfering with officer/resisting, credit card theft by transfer and fifth-degree larceny.

Erick Guzman-Martinez, 26, of Twiss Ave., Meriden, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

John D. Carney, 64, of S. Branford Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 25 on charges of third-degree assault – victim elderly or other, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with officer/resisting.

Janell Moore, 29, of Contour Dr., Cheshire, was arrested Nov. 26 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Axel Morales, 41, of Loyd St., New Haven, was arrested Nov. 27 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Andrew Rivera, 25, of N. Whittlesey Ave., was arrested Nov. 27 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Ricardo Santos, 19, of Poplar St., New Haven, was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of second-degree forgery, operating without a license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, failure to display plates/sticker-improper location, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Will G. Flores, 27, of Washington St., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of assault on a public safety officer and interfering with officer/resisting arrest.

Rashid Buie, 21, of East New York Ave., Brooklyn, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of third-degree larceny, second-degree criminal trover and sixth-degree larceny.

Jun Sun, 28, of Flushing, N.Y., was arrested Dec. 5 on charges of third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, possession of narcotics, 20 counts each of credit card theft and conspiracy to commit credit card theft and 19 counts each of third-degree identity theft and conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft.

Xinhe Wang, 20, of Flushing, N.Y., was arrested Dec. 5 on charges of third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, possession of narcotics, criminal impersonation, 20 counts each of credit card theft and conspiracy to commit credit card theft and 19 counts each of third-degree identity theft and conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft.

Crixtopher Duprey, 21, of N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 6 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Marcy L. Pelletier, 39, of Pearl St., Middletown, was arrested Dec. 6 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Paul R. Tomasello, 41, of Montowese Trail, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 7 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
