The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Sean T. Dixon, 30, of Crown St., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 17 on charges of sale of controlled substance and operating without license.

Rafael Quinones, 26, of Laval St., Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 19 on four counts of second-degree forgery and one count of third-degree larceny by ongoing scheme.

Martin P. Zeiser, 59, of Parker Ave., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and improper passing.

Crystal Spinaci, 28, of Dana Boulevard, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

Richard E. Figlewski, 24, of Fairlawn Dr., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Julia Sweet, 45, of Black Walnut Dr., Durham, was arrested Jan. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

Wesley Stefanczyk, 58, of Overlook Dr., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Steven P. Wells Jr., 53, of Sorrento Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Brandon Lee Gartner, 20, of Wilbur Cross Parkway, Berlin, was arrested Jan. 22 on charges of simple trespass, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Shannon Louise Kokoszka, 29, of Wilbur Cross Parkway, Berlin, was arrested Jan. 22 on charges of simple trespass, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Kevin J. Dunn, 57, of Donald Court, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 23 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.

Juan Laporte, 32, of Fernwood St., Springfield, was arrested Jan. 24 on charges of third-degree larceny, first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, criminal attempt third-degree robbery, criminal attempt third-degree larceny, interfering with officer/resisting, third-degree robbery, third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and three counts of second-degree breach of peace.

Ashlie R. Kelman, 30, of Tremper Dr., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 24 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Scott S. Boughton, 46, of Stoneycrest Dr., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 25 on charges of drinking while driving and simple trespass.

Nathan J. Sepulveda, 24, of Prince St., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 26 on charges of second-degree strangulation, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault.

Paul J. Fontanez, 29, of Farm Hill Rd., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operating unregistered motor vehicle.

Julie Hunter, 42, of Avery Ave., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Kimberly Sheridan, 45, of Pequote Ave., New London, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to obey control signal.

Devon R. Ellis, 31, of Shelton Ave., New Haven, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operating under suspension.
