Wallingford Election Results 2022: Vote Totals For Every Race

Here's how Wallingford residents voted for every person on the ballot, including congress and their local state races.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Wallingford voters went to the polls Tuesday to cast votes in state and federal elections. Below are the unofficial vote totals from each race according to the Secretary of the State’s Office.

In Connecticut, Gov. Ned Lamont won re-election as did U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal, and Democrats swept the top state offices including: Secretary of State, Stephanie Thomas, Treasurer, Erick Russell, Comptroller, Sean Scanlon, and Attorney General William Tong.

On the Congressional level, four Democratic incumbents, Rosa L. DeLauro, Jim Himes, Joe Courtney, John Larson, rolled to victory, while it was too close to call in the 5th district race featuring incumbent Democrat Jahana Hayes and Republican challenger George Logan.

Locally, incumbent Democrat Mary Mushinsky defeated Republican challenger Kerry Lentz in the 85th House District, and in the 90th District, Republican Craig Fishbein won re-election by defeating Democrat Rebecca Hyland, according to the Record-Journal.

In the 103rd House District, incumbent Democrat Liz Linehan defeated Republican Randy Raines.

Incumbent Republican Paul Cicarella won his race in the 34th Senatorial District against Green Party candidate David Bedell.

In the race for Wallingford's Judge of Probate, Republican Patrick Birney declared victory over Democrat Nicole Barillaro on Tuesday night.
