Wallingford K-9 Tate Tracks Down Evading Driver: North Haven PD
The driver was arrested after leaving the scene of several crashes in North Haven, according to police.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A North Branford man was arrested after police say he left the scene of several crashes Friday evening in North Haven. Police received multiple 911 calls at about 5:45 p.m. on Feb. 2 regarding a series of collisions on State Street involving an evading vehicle.
Police located the vehicle in the area of 195 State Street. The vehicle was unoccupied and police believed the driver left the area on foot. Officer Brangi and his K-9 partner Tate from the Wallingford Police Department assisted in a K-9 track for the driver, police said.
The operator of the vehicle, 42-year-old Brian Stone from North Branford, was taken into custody without incident a short time later, police said.
