Wallingford Man Charged With DUI In Woodbridge: Police

Police stopped to render assistance to a disabled motorist and later learned he was under the influence, police said.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — A Wallingford man is accused of driving while under the influence in Woodbridge, police said. On Nov.4 members of the Woodbridge Police Department stopped to render aid to a disabled motorist, police said.

Upon meeting with the vehicle’s operator, Michael Kenyon, 40, of Meadow Street, it was determined that Kenyon was under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Kenyon failed the on-scene field sobriety tests and was arrested and charged with DUI, police said. After posting a $500 bond Kenyon was released from custody and issued a court date.
