Wallingford Man Driving on Wrong Side of Road Charged with DUI, Had Child in Car: Report

The man was pulled over after he was seen driving on the wrong side of the road on Thursday afternoon and police say he had drugs in the car

WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford man faces several charges after police say he was driving on the wrong side of the road, while under the influence, with a 6-year-old child in the car who wasn’t properly buckled into a seat, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

The Record-Journal reports Edwin Landron, 40, of 87 North Whittlesey Avenue, was arrested after an officer spotted him driving on the wrong side of the road on Thursday afternoon.

Landron allegedly had marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the car and failed a field sobriety test, according to the Record-Journal.
