WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford nurse was recently disciplined and fined by the state Board of Examiners for Nursing, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team.

Bonnie Phillips of the Connecticut Health I-Team reports Jane M. Buckley’s advanced practical registered nurse license was placed on probation for a year and she was fined $500 by the board. She was disciplined for several incidents, including “inappropriately prescribing controlled substances from January-July 2018 to a patient despite evidence of addiction,” Phillips reports.
