Wallingford Police Arrests Include Assault, Drug Charges
Police Blotter: Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Nicholas Gagliardi, 24, of Helen St., Hamden, was arrested Feb. 15 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Pamela Ruggerio, 49, of Cedar Ave., North Haven, was arrested Feb. 15 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

David Boober, 29, of Ridgecrest Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 15 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of controlled substance/ ½ to less than four ounces of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana.
Morgan St. Amant, 25, of Spice Hill Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 15 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of controlled substance/ ½ to less than 4 ounces of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana.
Morgan St. Amant, 25, of Spice Hill Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 16 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, obtaining drugs illegally, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and refusal to submit to chemical test.
Reginald Coleman, 34, of Forbes Ave., East Haven, was arrested Feb. 16 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of narcotics and failure to display plates/sticker.
Jennifer Donelli, 43, of Spring St., Meriden, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
John Lumbra, 31, of Hall Ave., Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, drug paraphernalia, speeding and possession of narcotics.
Heriberto Lebron, 42, of South Cherry St., Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Nikki Arriaza, 36, of Jackson Ave., Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
Robert Korzick, 61, of Southside Terrace, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Victoria Files, 24, of Salmon River, Haddam, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of possession of narcotics, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and restricted turns fail to give proper signal.
Justin Holmes, 27, of Spencer St., Naugatuck, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and traveling unreasonably fast.
Bryan Scionti, 29, of Northford Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 18 on charges of violation of protective order and disorderly conduct.
Troy Amarante, 40, of Jennifer Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny – shoplifting.
Eugenio Tovar, 31, of Willow St., Meriden, was arrested Feb. 18 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating under suspension and failure to display plates/sticker.
Angel Martiartu, 65, of Orchard St., Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and driving wrong way on one-way street.
Sherrie Forgione, 33, of North Cliff St., Ansonia, was arrested Feb. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to have stop lamp or turn signals and failure to obey control signal.
