Wallingford Police Arrests Include Assault, DUI Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

• Adam Whicker, 29, of 2 Osage Drive, was arrested Aug. 8 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting arrest, failure to drive in proper lane, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates, and operating unregistered motor vehicle.
• Antonio Fernandes, 72, of 33 Franklin Street, was arrested Aug. 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
• Chester Kanois, 56, of 241 Pond Hill Road, was arrested Aug. 8 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
• Connor D. Mohan, 20, of 46 Parker Farms Road, was arrested Aug. 12 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

• Daniel Henderson, 51, of 22 Lake Road, Middlefield, was arrested Aug. 12 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
• Daniel William Brown, 39, of 127 Church Street, was arrested Aug. 1 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Dayna Lynn Difazio, 25, of 151 Chipman Drive, Cheshire, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.
• Henry Owen Jr., 30, of 270 Colony St., Meriden, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to have tail lamps or illuminate rear registration plates and failure to renew registration.
• James Nastri, 46, of 950 New Rock Hill Road, was arrested Aug. 8 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
• Justin A. Dighello, 36, of 844 North Colony Road, was arrested Aug. 10 on charges of third-degree assault, third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.
• Mark W. Backstrom, 45, of 230 Main Street, was arrested Aug. 10 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.
• Michael E. Hoyle, 31, of 1433 Tuttle Avenue, was arrested Aug. 10 on charges of drug paraphernalia, sale of certain illegal drugs, and possession of narcotics.
• Michael Perry, 25, of 4 Malchiodi Drive, was arrested Aug. 8 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
• Timothy Charles Perry, 24, of 4 Malchiodi Drive, was arrested Aug. 8 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
• Orlando James Skaarva, 23, of 1070 Amity Road, Bethany, was arrested Aug. 7 on charges of second-degree unlawful restraint, drinking while driving, second-degree breach of peace, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operating under suspension.
• Paul A. Sabino, 49, of 51 Jones Road, was arrested Aug. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to obey stop sign, distracted driving behavior while committing motor vehicle violation, and operating motor vehicle using hand-held mobile phone (first offense).
• Philip J. Restivo, 24, of 390 Williams Road, was arrested Aug. 5 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated, restricted turns fail to give proper signal and failure to drive right.
• Stephen Michael Ciskowski, 47, of 49 Algonquin Drive, was arrested Aug. 10 on charges of operating under the influence and failure to drive right.
• Susan Emily Stannard, 37, of 410 S. Main Street, was arrested Aug. 7 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
• Susan Lynn Milles, 52, of 6 East Street, was arrested Aug. 7 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to obey control signal, restricted turns fail to give proper signal, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• Tina Delucia, 28, of 111 Fair Street, was arrested Aug. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.
• Vincent Kubeck, 86, of 472 Church Street, Yalesville, was arrested Aug. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.
