Wallingford Police Arrests Include Assault, Forgery Charges
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Alexis Chanthinith, 21, of 32 Nod Brook Rd., Wallingford, was arrested March 2 on charges of second-degree larceny and conspiracy.
Craig Buono, 34, of 58 Lynn Dr., Wallingford, was arrested March 2 on charges of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and failure to display plates/sticker-improper location sticker.
Jason Rozas, 30, of 11 Pleasant St., Wallingford, was arrested March 2 on charges of third-degree forgery and fifth-degree larceny by ongoing scheme.
Joseph Samaha, 27, of 61 Gilyard Dr., Waterbury, was arrested March 2 on charges of improper left turn into intersection/driveway, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operating under suspension.
Luis Avila, 19, of 91 Marshall St., Wallingford, was arrested March 2 on charges of second-degree larceny and conspiracy.
Winston George Weathers Jr., 20, of 63 Quarry Knowles, Greenwich, was arrested March 2 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, three counts of assault on a peace officer or fireman, and one count of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
Michael Stowe, 48, of 707 Hanover Rd., Meriden, was arrested March 3 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny.
Tomas Rosa, 38, of 3 Knollwood Dr., Wallingford, was arrested March 3 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Heidi Tart, 43, of 53 Wharton Brook Dr., Wallingford, was arrested March 3 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
Jacqueline Dolceacqua, 28, of 1015 Old Colony Rd., Meriden, was arrested March 4 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
Carlos Colon, 27, of 1023 Old Colony Rd., Meriden, was arrested March 4 on charges of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of narcotics, failure to have stop lamp or turn signals, operating under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, failure to display plates/sticker-improper location, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Gary Lancaster, 21, of 127 Cheshire Rd., Wallingford, was arrested March 5 on charges of possession of less than a ½ ounce of cannabis and speeding.
Rayshon Frazier, 25, of 51 Hick St., Meriden, was arrested March 5 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of narcotics, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and operating motor vehicle without a license.
Luis Colon, 21, of 119 Admiral St., West Haven, was arrested March 5 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating without a license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates and operating unregistered motor vehicle.
