Wallingford Police Arrests Include Burglary, Disorderly Conduct Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Danay Moya Marie Piscitelli-Hayes, 21, of Blakeslee Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 24 on charges of possession of a controlled substance/ ½ ounce to less than 4 ounces of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

Kathryn Frost, 26, of Brook St., Rocky Hill, was arrested Jan. 24 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

William Nadwairski, 28, of Parker Farms Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 25 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Anthony Ortiz, 23, of Blue Cliff Terrace, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 25 on three counts of criminal attempt: third-degree burglary and one count each of third-degree burglary from motor vehicle and breach of peace: threatening.

Jacob Dexter, 19, of Dryden Drive, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 25 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, interfering with officer/resisting arrest, sixth-degree larceny and reckless use of highway by pedestrian. Dexter was also charged on Jan. 26 with criminal attempt: first-degree larceny – motor vehicle theft and third-degree burglary.

Afsheen Kashif, 25, of Cannon Gate Way, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 26 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Matthew Marino, 20, of South Orchard St., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 26 on charges of disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Andrew Dargon, 28, of Woodley Court, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of possession of narcotics.

Giovanni Galarza, 24, of Wyciff Terrace, Seymour, was arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of possession of a hallucinogen/ less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Matthew Bailey, 39, of Banta Lane, Durham, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Christy Marie Williams, 32, of Cottage St., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 28 on three counts of risk of injury to a child and one count of sixth-degree larceny.

David J. Valente Jr., 24, of Townsend Drive, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, failure to have tail lamps or illuminated rear registration plates and operating under suspension.

Barry Chandler, 62, of Concord Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

Corey Pettegrew, 34, of Highland Ave., Cheshire, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, illegal use of tinted glass and operating under suspension.

Jessica Rosenbeck, 30, of Summary St., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating under suspension and failure to drive right.

Andrew Aultman, 35, of Crown St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and interfering with officer/resisting arrest.

Brendan Kane, 28, of Templeton Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Rafael J. Castillo, 29, of Hillcrest Ave., New Britain, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Jared Hurd, 26, of Chamberlain Hill Rd., Higganum, was arrested Jan. 30 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and operating a motor vehicle with out of state plates.

Gino Rizzo, 22, of Millbrook Rd., Middletown, was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny-shoplifting.
