Wallingford Police Arrests Include Charges of Assault, Risk of Injury to a Minor

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

• Earl Kearson, 50, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 5 on charges of insurance fraud, second-degree forgery, possession of narcotics and illegally obtaining drugs-second doctor.
• Henry T. Owen Jr., 30, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to have tail lamps or illuminated rear plates.
• Natalia Mata, 31, of 113 South Cherry Street, was arrested Aug. 11 on a charge of risk of injury to a minor.
• Jose Cardona Jr., 18, of 320 South Colony Road, was arrested Aug. 14 on charges of third-degree larceny, second-degree criminal trover, conspiracy to commit second-degree trover, and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny – auto theft.
• Davaul Amin Jr., 18, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 14 on charges of third-degree larceny, second-degree criminal trover, conspiracy to commit second-degree trover, and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny – auto theft.
• Lindsay A. Damora, 33, of North Haven, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Maria Ann Haynes, 25, of 99 North Whittlesey Avenue, was arrested Aug. 13 on charges of second-degree assault, criminal violation of protective order: non-threatening, and disorderly conduct.
• Martin Francis McHugh, 37, of 8 Pequot Road, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
• Thomas James McHugh, 42, of Weehaken, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
• Arnold Carl Nelson Jr., 33, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
• Austin Daniel Sabatucci Sr., 52, of 31 Cooper Avenue, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of second-degree harassment.
• Chris P. Mallinson, 48, of 56 Spice Hill Drive, was arrested Aug. 14 on a charge of criminal violation of protective order: non-threatening.
• Craig Vincent, 36, of Middletown, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Evan Sheehan, 22, of Niantic, was arrested Aug. 14 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.
• Jennifer Lynn Argo, 41, of 162 South Colony Road, was arrested Aug. 16 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and making an improper turn.
• Pavel Aragon, 24, of 115 Sigwin Drive, was arrested Aug. 15 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, driving wrong way on one way street and failure to obey stop sign.
• Abdelmouine Madani, 22, of 36 Brian Road, was arrested Aug. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive right.
