Wallingford Police Arrests Include Charges of Strangulation, Identity Theft

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

• Brendan W. Pogonelski, 29, of 45 Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 29 on charges of third-degree strangulation, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and use of motor vehicle without permission.
• Daniel Henderson, 51, of 22 Lake Road, Middlefield, was arrested July 28 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to drive right, operating under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates, and operating unregistered motor vehicle.
• Darius Moody, 27, of 57 Shelton Avenue, New Haven, was arrested July 30 on charges of possession of use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce marijuana, less than ½ ounce substance, failure to obey control signal, and operating under suspension.
• Darrel Graver, 26, of 42 S. Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 28 on a charge of criminal violation of protective order: non-threatening.
• David Silva Jr., 23, of 61 Harrington Street, Meriden, was arrested July 28 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
• Joseph Hopper, 24, of 19 Holly Lane, Wallingford, was arrested July 29 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Colby Callahan, 29, of 5 Marc Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 30, on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and evading responsibility.
• Jonathan Wallace, 41, of 46 Pleasant View Street, Naugatuck, was arrested July 30 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting arrest and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Suzanne Cyr, 43, of 40 S. Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 30 on charges of possession of narcotics and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Gabrielle Bruckner, 31, of 36 Marina Place, Durham, was arrested July 31 on a charge of possession of narcotics.
• Chad Waldeck, 26, of 21 Forest Road, Wallingford, was arrested July 31 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
• Joseph Jacobson, 21, of 51 Mohawk Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 31 on charges of third-degree identity theft, receipt from illegal use of credit card, greater than $500 on revoked credit card and sixth-degree larceny.
• Justyn Russell, 31, of 866 Old Colony Road, Meriden, was arrested July 31 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession controlled substance/1/2 ounce to less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of narcotics, use/possession of narcotics, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and mutilated/illegible/lost/improper attachment-plates.
• Kevin Lewis, 49, of Hartford, was arrested July 31 on charges of possession of narcotics, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny, interfering with officer/resisting arrest, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny other, and drug paraphernalia.
