Wallingford Police Arrests Include Drinking While Driving, Assault Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Christopher Perez, 23, of 202 South Colony St., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 1 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Bohdan Prybyla, 50, of 22 Harnish Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 2 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Jose Casales Lopez, 36, of Grove St., Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 2 on charges of drinking while driving, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated, operating without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Kenneth Miller, 60, of 72 North Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 2 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Michele Koji, 63, of 72 North Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 2 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Ralph Uorey Bidon, 19, of Oxford, was arrested Jan. 2 on charges of conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Robert Dallon, 38, of 9 Cottage Place, New Britain, was arrested Jan. 2 on charges of weapons in a motor vehicle, operating under suspension, operating with a suspended registration and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements.

Cody Young, 22, of 297 River Rd., Hamden, was arrested Jan. 2 on charges of conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Frank Striano, 28, of 8 Tompkins Ave., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 2 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of narcotics, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, operating unregistered motor vehicle and failure to wear seat belt.

April Gleparda, 47, of 10 Parker Farms Rd., Wallingford was arrested Jan. 3 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Ryan Fries, 32, of 176 Quinnipiac St., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 3 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Carlos Ballesteros, 27, of 32 Lexington Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 3 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, failure to obey control signal, failure to drive in proper lane and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Mario Rodriguez, 20, of 59 Springdale Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 4 on a charge of using a motor vehicle without owner’s permission by fraud.

Troy Clemons, 19, of 15 Galloppi Rd., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 4 on a charge of first-degree larceny by ongoing scheme and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny auto theft.

Dennis Robinson II, 31, of 711 East Main St., Torrington, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and sixth-degree larceny.

Marilyn Nadeau, 54, of New London, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny embezzlement.

Robert O’Connor, 54, of 31 Concord Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 5 on a charge of second-degree harassment.

Elizabeth Denike, 56, of 46 Whitetail Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 6 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

William Smith, 27, of 46 Whitetail Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 6 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Beth Small, 57, of 43 St. Casimer Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of possession of narcotics, failure to drive reasonable distance apart and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

William Blank, 70, of 77 Orchard Rd., Woodbridge, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of drinking while driving and operating a motor vehicle while using hand-held mobile phone.

Michael Hoyle, 31, of 1433 Tuttle Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of failure to drive reasonable distance apart, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to carry license.

Jeffrey Cooper, 24, of 1210 Forest Rd., New Haven, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Kyle Rudnick, 28, of 82 Brighton St., New Britain, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive reasonable distance apart.
