Wallingford Police Arrests Include Home Invasion, Assault Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Alexis Rivera, 18, of 42 Park Street, was arrested Nov. 29 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Rivera was also charged Nov. 30 with criminal violation of protective order: non-threatening.

Mary Rivera, 68, of 42 Park Street, was arrested Nov. 29 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Theresa Ercolani, 49, of 55 South Cherry Street, was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

David Flis, 18, of 83 Algonquin Drive, was arrested Nov. 30 on charges of four counts of second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of failure to drive right except wide load.

Christopher Faulkner, 38, of 307 Park Road, Hamden, was arrested Nov. 30 on charges of second-degree larceny and making home improvements without current certificate.

Anjelina Melillo, 26, of 891 North Farms Road, was arrested Dec. 1 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Melissa Bukhari, 33, of 1 Birch Drive, was arrested Dec. 1 on two counts of disorderly conduct.

Rashod Akeem Newton, 22, of 71 Tremper Drive, was arrested Dec. 2 on three counts of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic and three counts of possession of narcotics.

Tyree Sherrod Robinson, 35, of 214 Maple Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault, criminal violation of protective order: non-threatening, and disorderly conduct.

Anastasia Wallace, 20, of 270 Elm Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny (shoplifting).

Heidi Lynn Hopper, 31, of 102 Highland Avenue, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Ashley Harkness, 28, of 155 South Elm Street, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of home invasion, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, first-degree criminal attempt, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree criminal trespass.

Amanda Bachman, 20, of 13 Park Pond Circle, was arrested Dec. 4 on three counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Jason Katz, 42, of 26 Silliman Road, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

John Giammettei, 61, of North Haven, was arrested Dec. 4 on a charge of criminal violation of protective order: non-threatening.

Rosario Anastasio, 67, of 29 East Side Terrace, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Michael Agostino, 34, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 6 on two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

Paul M. Parisi Jr., 43, of 22 Village View Terrace, was arrested Dec. 6 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
