Wallingford Police Arrests Include Public Indecency, Larceny Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Onaida Rivera, 42, of Artizan St., Meriden, was arrested July 1 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

Richard Diglio, 68, of St. John St., North Haven, was arrested July 1 on a charge of public indecency.

Scot Freeman, 44, of Westview Drive, Meriden, was arrested July 1 on a charge of public indecency.

Joseph Carmen, 36, of Quinnipiac Avenue, North Haven, was arrested July 1 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and operating unregistered motor vehicle.

Matthew Crean, 31, of Highland Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 1 on charges of evading responsibility, failure to drive right, engaging in pursuit, traveling unreasonable fast and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Jaliza Valentine, 23, of Willow St., Meriden, was arrested July 2 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Juan Valentine, 26, of Willow St., Meriden, was arrested July 2 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Wilfred J. Desrosiers, 73, of West St., Rocky Hill, was arrested July 2 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Christopher Hamel, 58, of Trumbull Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 2 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and improper muffler.

Zian Cruz-Cortez, 30, of Old Colony Place, Meriden, was arrested July 2 on two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

George Mason Jr., 52, of Circle Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 2 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Rhiannon Dominguez, 39, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 2 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Jennifer Gravell, 39, of South Turnpike Rd., Wallingford, was arrested July 2 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Michele Koji, 63, of North Ridgeland Rd., Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on charges of criminal violation of a restraining order and second-degree breach of peace.

Thomas Siegal, 44, of Robin Lane, Cheshire, was arrested July 3 on charges of illegal possession of exploding fireworks, improper movement of a parked vehicle and reckless driving.

Richard Prostano Jr., 26, of Durham Rd., Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal mischief.

Erin Kelly, 46, of Southwind Drive, Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and criminal attempt at third-degree burglary.
