Wallingford Police Arrests Include Sexual Assault, Strangulation Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Daniel Wong, 29, of 41 Kingcrest Terrace, Randolph, was arrested March 8 on charges of drug paraphernalia, simple trespass, possession of a controlled substance / ½ to less than 4 ounces of marijuana and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Lishelle Sharde Tart, 20, of 72 Newington Ave., New Britain, was arrested March 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Eric Schmidt, 32, of 150 Summitt St., Southington, was arrested March 10 on charges of illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence, third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, possession of narcotics and operating under suspension.

Brenda Arenas, 19, of 72 Newington Ave., New Britain, was arrested March 10 on a charge of interfering with officer/resisting arrest.

Jose Cardona Jr., 18, of 12 Hosford St., Wallingford, was arrested March 10 on charges of first-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Kyle St. Onge, 23, of 34 Ridgeland Rd., Wallingford, was arrested March 11 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

John Franco Jr., 34, of 168 S. Cherry St., Wallingford, was arrested March 12 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Paul Chasse, 31, of 41 Indian Neck Ave., Branford, was arrested March 13 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Michael Mennone, 35, of 4 Sally Burr Rd., Litchfield, was arrested March 14 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and interfering with officer/resisting arrest.

Raphael Arcangelo, 39, of 170 S. Cherry St., Wallingford, was arrested March 15 on charges of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation, possession of narcotics, operating motor vehicle without a license, operating under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, failure to display plates/sticker-improper location, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Jerson DeJesus, 40, of 179 Brentwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested March 15 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting arrest and operating under suspension.

James Cusano Jr., 35, of 21 Manor St., Hamden, was arrested March 15 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, interfering with officer/resisting arrest and use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

John-Michael Scott Coppola, 22, of 9 Mellor Rd., Wallingford, was arrested March 16 on three counts each of interfering with officer/resisting arrest and second-degree false statement and one count of sixth-degree larceny.

Reynell Jose Torres-Feliciano, 21, of 281 Exchange St., New Haven, was arrested March 17 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, interfering with officer/resisting arrest and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

Irene Koczak, 66, of 96 S. Orchard St., Wallingford, was arrested March 17 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting arrest and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Troy Wilson Sr., 47, of 705 Lake Ave., Bristol, was arrested March 17 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and making an improper turn.

Brian Ritchie, 29, of 12 Colonial Drive, Clinton, was arrested March 17 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Ruben Rivera, 26, of 26 Williams St., Meriden, was arrested March 18 on charges of second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to child.

Wayne Sweeney, 56, of 380 Main St., Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on charges of illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension-alcohol, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and operating unregistered motor vehicle.

Brittany Simon, 25, of 265 Ward St., Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on a charge of possession of narcotics.

Matthew Mcauliffe, 23, of 345 S. Orchard St., Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on charges of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Melissa Farr, 37, of 99 Prince St., Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Nathan Sepulveda, 22, of 99 Prince St., Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on charges of third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with officer/resisting arrest.

Kevin Koenig Jr., 24, of 23 Beth Ann Court, Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Joseph Parillo, 53, of 48 Ridge Rd., Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

Thomas Macri, 52, of 135 Stoddard Drive, Meriden, was arrested March 18 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operating under suspension.
