Wallingford Police Arrests Include Strangulation, DUI Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Ricardo Ramirez-Hernandez, 55, of Crown Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence (second offense), illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol, possession of narcotics and disobeying signal of officer.

Bacilio Fernandez Jr., 23, of North First Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating without a license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Danny Banks, 21, of Cottage Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

David Warner, 37, of Silver Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 10 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

John Coppola, 23, of Franklin Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 10 on a charge of criminal violation of a protective order: non-threatening.

Kendal Wambolt, 31, of West Main Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Manuel Feliciano II, 25, of Broadvale Road, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, drug paraphernalia, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol, possession of narcotics, unsafe backing, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, improper use of marker, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Victor Morales, 48, of North Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 10 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

William R. Fischer Jr., 63, of Newton Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 10 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Jason Goglas, 29, of Exchange Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 11 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary.

Joseph Ambrogio, 59, of Knollwood Road, Newington, was arrested Dec. 11 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Matthew Longo, 30, of Wallingford Road, Cheshire, was arrested Dec. 11 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Myriah Fappiano, 25, of Northfield Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of sixth-degree larceny – shoplifting and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny – shoplifting.

Anthony Gomez, 25, of Northfield Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of sixth-degree larceny- shoplifting and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny – shoplifting.

Martin McCormick, 47, of Old Colony Road, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 12 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Neftali Bultes, 40, of Well Street, Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 13 on charges of first-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Crystal Watson, 35, of Loveland Street, Middletown, was arrested Dec. 13 on charges of sixth-degree larceny – shoplifting and operating under suspension.

Jessica Gomez, 34, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 13 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Michael Hoyle, 32, of Tuttle Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 13 on a charge of first-degree larceny – embezzlement.
