Wallingford Police Arrests Include Strangulation, DUI, Larceny Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Matthew John Anziano was arrested Oct. 16 on charges of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and operating under suspension.

Eugene C. Laygo was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault – victim elderly or other, and disorderly conduct.

Michael Louis Ives was arrested Oct. 18 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Clayton K. Black was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and improper number of headlights.

Kyreem Edilberto Reyes was arrested Oct. 19 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Adam Douglas Gratton was arrested Oct. 19 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Eric Robert Davison was arrested Oct. 21 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief.

Christian M. Hernandez-Lopez was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of possession of a controlled substance/ 1/2 to less than 4 ounces of marijuana and sale of controlled substance.

Edwin M. Garcia-Lozado was arrested Oct. 24 on charges of first-degree larceny, second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery.

Keith Roger Soyka was arrested Oct. 25 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny-shoplifting.

William D. Drummond was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right except wide load.
