Wallingford Police Arrests Include Strangulation, Forgery Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Margaret Hazard, 23, of Timber Lane, Cheshire, was arrested July 9 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, possession of controlled substance / ½ ounce to less than 4 ounces of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and two counts of possession of narcotics.

Joshua Lynn, 18, of Wrinn St., Wallingford, was arrested July 11 on a charge of third-degree criminal trespass.

Robert Greene Jr., 29, of South Broad St., Meriden, was arrested July 12 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, operating under suspension, and failure to wear safety belt.

Roman Wright, 27, of Heritage Drive, Prospect, was arrested July 12 on a charge of operating under the influence.

Patrick Tardif, 19, of Cooper Ave., Wallingford, was arrested July 14 on six counts of second-degree forgery and two counts of fourth-degree larceny by ongoing scheme.

Nicholas Yount, 25, of Chasse Road, Wolcott, was arrested July 15 on charges of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, creating a public disturbance and littering.

Angelo Finoia III, 37, of Cheshire Rd., Wallingford, was arrested July 15 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and unsafe passing.

Bobby Esposito, 31, of Sir Walter Drive, Cheshire, was arrested July 16 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Christopher Scionti, 43, of Jobs Rd., Wallingford, was arrested July 16 on a charge of criminal violation or protective order: non-threatening.

Catherine Moccio, 43, of South Orchard St., Wallingford, was arrested July 17 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Jeymar Letona, 27, of Barbour St., Hartford, was arrested July 17 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Michael Moccio, 43, of South Orchard St., Wallingford, was arrested July 17 on charges of third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Stephanie Kuhn, 25, of Rockledge Drive, Meriden, was arrested July 17 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.
