Wallingford Police Arrests Include Threatening, DUI Charges

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

  • Jess Gabrielson, 27, of Durham, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of evading responsibility, failure to drive reasonable distance apart, failure to drive in proper lane, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to carry license.
  • Jesus Lopez, 48, of 206 Washington Street, was arrested Aug. 24 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
  • Joseph Jacobson, 21, of 51 Mohawk Drive, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
  • Robert Holcomb Jr., 55, of 15 Norman Avenue, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of first-degree threatening, third-degree assault, criminal violation of protective order: non-threatening, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
  • Karlee Bella, 23, of 309 Main Street, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of disorderly conduct and interfering with officer/resisting arrest.

  • Ashley Marnalse, 21, of 50 Washington Street, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of second-degree threatening.
  • Christina Luponio, 49, of 77 Terrace Gardens, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to drive in proper lane, and operating under suspension.
  • Christopher Marmol, 43, of 84 Center Street, was arrested Aug. 26 was arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance / ½ to less than four ounces of marijuana, operating without a license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates and operating unregistered motor vehicle.
  • John Ireland, 26, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 28 on charges of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, possession of controlled substance / ½ to less than four ounces of marijuana and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
  • Robert Perreault, 21, of Durham, was arrested Aug. 28 on charges of drinking while driving, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to carry registration or insurance.
  • Ryan Higgins, 26, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
  • Amanda Bachman, 20, of 13 Park Pond Circle, was arrested Aug. 29 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
  • Cesar Godinez-Lopez, 20, of 33 North Orchard Street, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and improper passing.
  • Marcie Tremaglio, 46, of 70 Brentwood Drive, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive reasonable distance apart.
  • Charles Figueroa, 25, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 31 on charges of illegal use of a facsimile firearm, traveling unreasonable fast, operating under suspension, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Daniel James Ellis, 29, of Naugatuck, was arrested Aug. 31 on a charge of third-degree larceny.
  • Henrietta Wallace, 60, of 107 Grandview Avenue, was arrested Aug. 31 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
  • Richard Wallace, 69, of 107 Grandview Avenue, was arrested Aug. 31 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
  • Victor Hernandez, 31, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of drinking while driving, failure to drive right, operating motor vehicle without license and operating under suspension.
  • Louis Frank, 34, of 40 South Cherry Street, was arrested Sept. 2 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree burglary.
