Wallingford Police Arrests Include Weapons in a Motor Vehicle, Drug Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Vincent J. Mooney Jr., 48, of Belmont Rd., North Haven, was arrested Sept. 13 on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass.

Jennifer Wilcox, 26, of South Side Terrace, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft and less than $500 on revoked credit card.

Spencer Quigley, 25, of Williams Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on a charge of conspiracy/possession of narcotics.

Steven Baklas, 49, of Valley View Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Shaqwaveia Payne, 28, of Chapel St., New Haven, was arrested Sept. 14 on charges of possession of controlled substance / ½ ounce to less than 4 ounces of marijuana, sale of controlled substance, failure to have stop lamp or turn signals, operating under suspension and failure to wear safety belt in front seat.

Zachary O’Neil, 19, of Canterbury Drive, Durham, was arrested Sept. 14 on charges of criminal violation of protective order: non-threatening and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Loretta Martin, 30, of Meeting Ridge, Meriden, was arrested Sept. 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Emily Colon-Rodriguez, 33, of South Colony Road, Meriden, was arrested Sept. 15 on charges of possession less than ½ ounce of cannabis, weapons in a motor vehicle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, operating under suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Anthony Cain, 28, of South Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of drug paraphernalia, weapons in a motor vehicle and possession of narcotics.

Abdul Dejesus, 19, of Grove St., Meriden, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating motor vehicle without a license, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Bilal Kadi, 29, of William St., West Haven, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, criminal impersonation, improper passing and operating under suspension.

Kyle Tomkus, 22, of Crown St., Meriden, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of weapons in a motor vehicle, operating under suspension and operation causing unnecessary noise.

Nathan Morris, 21, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested Sept. 17 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Stephanie Michaud, 20, of Templeton Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 17 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Jose Cardona Jr., of Hosford St., Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 19 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Flora Delloro, 58, of Clintonville Rd., Northford, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check $500-$1,000.

Jonathan Kittredge, 32, of Terrace Lane, Meriden, was arrested Sept. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Raymond Cuevas, 21, of Old Colony Rd., Meriden, was arrested Sept. 20 on two counts of second-degree breach of peace.
