Wallingford Police Arrests Include Weapons in a Motor Vehicle, Drug Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Corey Pettigrew, 34, of Highland Avenue, Cheshire, was arrested Nov. 9 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, speeding and operating under suspension.

Michael Klymczuk, 28, of Cooper Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Cricket Linn Yurchick, 35, of Swaine Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Oscar Olano-Flores, 37, of North Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 12 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating under suspension, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates and failure to renew registration.

Colby Prior, 30, of Little Circle, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 12 on charges of second-degree forgery, possession of controlled substance / ½ ounce to less than 4 ounces of marijuana, and illegally obtaining drugs – second doctor.

Luiz Casanova, 29, of Wolcott Street, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 12 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, second-degree criminal mischief, possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

Ashley Hernandez, 29, of Lawlor Street, New Britain, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny – shoplifting.

Phillip Vanderharten, 25, of Thompson Street, East Haven, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs / alcohol and reckless driving.

Andres De Los Santos, 47, of Hurlburt Street, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy/fifth-degree larceny other.

Gary Guerette, 56, of Burke Heights Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Steven Guerette, 59, of Burke Heights Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Julio Camacho, 45, of Liberty Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny – shoplifting.

Ashley Moran, 20, of Yale Street, Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 14 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and speeding.

Javon Fagan, 23, of Paddock Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of weapons in a motor vehicle and operating with tint/darkened windows without tinting sticker.

Kyle Murphy, 31, of Miller Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 16 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Aaron Vertucci, 48, of South Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic and possession of narcotics.

Judah Cardona, 38, of North Whittlesey Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 16 on a charge of possession of narcotics.

Todd Constantini, 32, of Cricket Drive, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 17 on two counts of sale of hallucinogen and two counts of possession of narcotics.
