Wallingford Police Blotter

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Bruce Rogalski, 67, of Franklin St., Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

John Bielawski, 65, of Dewey Place, Plainville, was arrested Oct. 25 on charges of second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with officer/resisting arrest, weapons in a motor vehicle and failure to submit to fingerprints/photographs.

Jacob Charles Pavitt, 21, of South Colony Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 26 on a charge of criminal violation of protective order.

Marco Munoz, 24, of Lloyd St., New Haven, was arrested Oct. 27 on 11 counts of illegal completion/reproduction of a credit card, 11 counts of credit card forgery, three counts of receipt from illegal use of credit card, three counts of less than $500 on revoked credit card and one count of sixth-degree larceny.

Jose Cardenos, 21, of Spain, was arrested Oct. 27 on 11 counts of illegal completion/reproduction of a credit card, 11 counts of credit card forgery, three counts of receipt from illegal use of credit card, three counts of less than $500 on revoked credit card and one count of sixth-degree larceny.

Shannon L. Doucette, 39, of Cherry St., Meriden, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Dorian L. St. James, 44, of Hall Ave., Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 29 on a charge of criminal violation of protective order.

Loretta Martin White, 31, was arrested Oct. 29 on a charge of criminal violation of protective order.

William G. Flores, 27, of Washington St., Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 31 on charges of third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Brian Lyman, 47, of Durham Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 1 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
