Wallingford Police Blotter: April 3 Through April 15, 2018

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Peter Amadon, 59, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 3 on charges of risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Chrysanne Vogt, 56, of Forest Road, Northford, was arrested April 6 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating under the influence with passenger under 18, risk of injury to a child and possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis.

Eddi Sanchez-Perez, 26, of Johnston Street, Waterbury, was arrested April 10 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to obey control signal.

Jessica D. Vitale, 39, of Kingsland Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested April 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Johnnie L. Clark, 27, of Farren Avenue, East Haven, was arrested April 11 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Jonathan Ruiz, 36, of East Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 11 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Kyle M. Jones, 27, of Highland Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested April 12 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of narcotics, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and use of handheld device.

Tanisha Nicole Vazquez, 25, of Washington Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 12 on two counts each of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Davino Stewart, 21, of North Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was arrested April 13 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Robert J. DeWallace, 37, of Backes Court, Wallingford, was arrested April 13 on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief.

Tyrell James Ford, 25, of Main Street, West Haven, was arrested April 13 on three counts of evading responsibility, two counts each of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, possession of narcotics, conspiracy/possession of narcotics, conspiracy/at sale of narcotic substance, and one count each of assault on a public safety officer, interfering with officer/resisting, engaging in pursuit and reckless driving.

Denis J. Williams, 37, of Canton Street, West Haven, was arrested April 13 on two counts each of possession of narcotics, possession with the intent to sell, conspiracy/possession of narcotics and conspiracy/at sale of narcotic substance.

William Aguilar, 23, of Willow Street, Meriden, was arrested April 14 on charges of third-degree forgery, operating motor vehicle without a license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, failure to display plates/sticker-improper location and misuse of plates.

Harrison G. Herdzik, 19, of Mount Carmel Avenue, Hamden, was arrested April 14 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Edy Daniel Montufar-Juarez, 44, of Park Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 15 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, evading responsibility, failure to submit to fingerprints/photographs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Edward G. Boyle, 49, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested April 15 on charges of disorderly conduct, violation of protective order and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis.
