Wallingford Police Blotter: Aug. 18 Through Aug. 25, 2018

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Jose O. Chapa-Bautista, 46, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 18 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 27, according to state judicial records.

Andrea Mendes, 63, of Willetts Avenue, New London, was arrested Aug. 19 on charges of obtaining controlled substance with forged prescription, conspiracy to commit/obtaining controlled substance with forged prescription, possession of narcotics, conspiracy to commit/possession of narcotics, second-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 26.

Jamie Aaron, 23, of Silver Sands Road, East Haven, was arrested Aug. 19 on a charge of violation of protective order.

Kevin Richards, 27, of Kingfisher Lane, Clinton, was arrested Aug. 19 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 20.

Nicholas A. Melita, 26, of Oceanview Terrace, Stratford, was arrested Aug. 20 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 28.

Walter C. Zakorchevnoy, 35, of Center Street, Thomaston, was arrested Aug. 21 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 25.

Joseph R. Lampo, 57, of Lloyd Street, New Haven, was arrested Aug. 21 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 18.

Nicholas Latina, 28, of Nooks Hill, Cromwell, was arrested Aug. 21 on charges of criminal impersonation, interfering with officer/resisting, operating under suspension and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 25.

James Semrau, 27, of Florence Road, Branford, was arrested Aug. 22 on charges of possession of narcotics and sale of hallucinogen/narcotic. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 13.

Jeffry Gallego, 23, of Blohm Street, West Haven, was arrested Aug. 22 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry license, operating motorcycle without insurance, operating motorcycle without endorsement and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 19.

Lucas LaPierre, 41, of Highland Drive, North Haven, was arrested Aug. 23 on charges of reckless driving and illegal operation of motor vehicle – harassment/intimidation. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 12.

Will G. Flores, 28, of Washington Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. He is being held on a $10,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 17.

Francisco Ocasio, 48, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 25 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 4.

Adrian J. Ocasio-Oliveras, 22, of Wilcox Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Caroline A. Wnuk, 26, of Marion Road, Cheshire, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 21.
