Wallingford Police Blotter: Aug. 5 Through Aug. 9, 2019

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

David Adkins, 55, of Winchester Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Aug. 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to carry license and operating motor vehicle while holding handheld electronic device. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 16, according to state judicial records.

Stephen Rowe, 33, of Clintonville Road, North Haven, was arrested Aug. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, deliver drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and failure to obey stop sign. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 16.

James A. Whitelaw, 50, of South Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 18.

Marcellus Ray, 18, of South Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 18.

Emma Bone-Arellano, 37, of Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 7 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 19.

David J. Graham, 27, of Pent Highway, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 7 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, drinking while driving, possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia excpt less than ½ ounce and failure to carry operator license. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 18.

Jacob A. Simpson, 28, of Miller Road, Bethany, was arrested Aug. 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of narcotics, possession less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and operating motor vehicle while holding handheld electronic device. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 10.

Scott Valente, 28, of Webster Court, Newington, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traffic control signals. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 16.

Robert M. Bruzy, 36, of New Cheshire Road, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improper turns and failure to obey stop sign. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 24.

Eunice Rock-Joseph, 34, of Gilbert Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. She was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 2.

Mark P. Deleonardo, 57, of Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and operating unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 18.

Julie L. Lamb, 48, of North Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested Aug. 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 24.

William J. Corazzini, 49, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 9 on a charge of violation or protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 10.
