Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Timothy Turner, 62, of Maple Street, Middletown, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 23, according to state judicial records.
Edward R. Maturo, 74, of Ella Grasso Boulevard, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 18 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, operating without a license, operating without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 28.

Mark Hill, 49, of Gregory Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 3.
Maxx M. Frisco, 27, of Chimney Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 6.

Austin D. Sabatucci, 57, of North Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of violation of standing criminal protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 31.
Anthony J. Garcia, 22, of Woodward Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating under suspension, traffic control signals, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 4.
Chemeka P. Golett, 38, of Holly Springs, North Carolina, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 17.
Doreen L. Paternostro, 61, of Homestead Avenue, Hartford, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She is being held on a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 24.
Samuel Lee, 34, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Jan. 16.
Stephen W. Taylor, 29, of Main Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and failure to drive reasonable distance apart by motor vehicle resulting in accident. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 7.
Sarah E. Sims, 30, of Church Street, Middletown, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 6.
Keith Theriault, 51, of Cardinal Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 30.
Lindsey E. Edwards, 40, of Giles Street, Cheshire, was arrested Dec. 23 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 4.
Amanda M. Scalzo, 30, of Lexington Street, Hamden, was arrested Dec. 23 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 11.
Marissa M. Mauro, 33, of Lampson Street, Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 31.
Jeremy S. Moore, 29, of Summerhill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of evading responsibility – injury/property damage, operating under the influence (third/subs), failure to drive upon right, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 21.
Ashley E. Young, 32, of Spring Street, Wethersfield, was arrested Dec. 24 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 22.
Debra L. Campbell, 43, of Deer Run Road, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 24 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 21.
Marcy Albee, 43, of Willis Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 24 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, violation of probation, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 7.
James C. Nelson, 32, of North Main Street Extension, was arrested Dec. 25 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.
