Wallingford Police Blotter: Dec. 20 Through Dec. 30, 2018

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Robert W. Goldstein, 25, of Tokoeke Drive, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and failure to use seatbelt. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 7, according to state judicial records.

Morris Massalski, 39, of Nicholson Street, Newington, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, illegal use of flashing/color lights and violation readable/lost plates. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 28.

Kyle M. Burgess, 24, of Boston Lane, Middletown, was arrested Dec. 22 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 18.

Michael F. Lombardi, 60, of Mohawk Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 22.

Jennifer P. Liotta, 40, of Englewood Avenue, Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 23 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 6.

Colleen Magoveny, 37, of Franklin Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 24 on a charge of violation of probation. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 13.

Bruce G. Mandy, 65, of Audette Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 25 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and evading responsibility. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 18.

Catherine P. Tracy, 58, of Veteran Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 26 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 8.

Brandon Perez, 27, of Mountain Road, Newington, was arrested Dec. 27 on two counts of second-degree forgery and one count of fifth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 29.

Addison Abdal Yossef-Bey, 31, of Division Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 27 on charges of sale of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, failure to use seatbelt and operating under suspension. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 22.

Nada Hope Lewis, 44, of Chelmsford, Mass., was arrested Dec. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 4.

Donald Lawrence, 56, of Hanover Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 7.

Christopher D. Blakeslee, 31, of Williams Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 6.

Shannon L. Nolan, 42, of Spring Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 29 on a charge of third-degree identity theft. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 15.

Peter Barriga, 23, of Graveline Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 29 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of a controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 6.

Paul Sorota, 54, of Sunrise Road, Westbrook, was arrested Dec. 29 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 20.

Elizabeth E. Bismack, 46, of Stafford Court, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 30 on charges of sale of controlled substance, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 15.

Lisa A. Whitman, 57, of North Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 30 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 11.

Stephen Whitman, 53, of North Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 30 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 11.
