Wallingford Police Blotter: Dec. 27 Through Dec. 31, 2019

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Job Rivera, 28, of Lorraine Street, New Britain, was arrested Dec. 27 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 30, according to state judicial records.

Kevin E. Masotti, 37, of Drummond Drive, Rocky Hill, was arrested Dec. 27 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 14.

Kadar N. Davis, 42, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 28 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 24.

Alfredo Nieves, 43, of Bronston Street, New Britain, was arrested Dec. 28 on charge of interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 4.

Michael R. Clavet, 52, of Tennessee Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive proper lane, failure to use seat belt and operating unregistered vehicle. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 20.

Samuel Cummings, 34, of Webster Street, Hartford, was arrested Dec. 29 on charges of third-degree assault – victim elderly or other and second-degree strangulation. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 10.

Joao Ribas, 68, of Ridgewood Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 29 on charges of third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 6.

Luis Rivera, 26, of Park Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 30 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 28.

Rockwell R. Schooner, 55, of Mohawk Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 30 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 6.

Nicholas R. Moscatelli, 18, of Atkins Street, Middletown, was arrested Dec. 31 on charges of third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 23.

Dana L. Cloney, 46, of Smith Road, Thomaston, was arrested Dec. 31 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 18.
