Wallingford Police Blotter: Dec. 4 Through Dec. 11, 2019

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Trevor Negron, 19, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, interfering with officer/resisting, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree unlawful restraint. He has yet to enter a plea and his next court date is Jan. 9, according to state judicial records.

Robert Rodriguez, 34, of Spring Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 5 on three counts of second-degree failure to appear. He is being held on a $25,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 21.

Dawn E. Hribko, 56, of Townsend Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 5 on a charge of violation of probation. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 2.

Justin A. Tourangeau, 32, of Main Street, Branford, was arrested Dec. 5 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14.

Gregory A. Holmes, 29, of Greta Street, West Haven, was arrested Dec. 5 on two counts of first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He is being held on bonds totaling $195,000 with a court date of Jan. 3.

Clinton Edwards, 49, of State Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 5 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Keir Jones, 49, of Huntington Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 6 on charges of risk of injury to child, possession of narcotics and possession with the intent to sell. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 24.

Edwin E. DeJesus-Santiago, 23, of Chestnut Drive, New Britain, was arrested Dec. 6 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 24.

Tyquell L. Gibson, 18, of Hazel Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 8 on charges of third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 28.

Robert J. Dewallace, 39, of Backes Court, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 8 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 15.

Patricia M. Kerry, 56, of Riverside Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 9.

Uniese A. Rivera, 28, of Harrison Avenue, Milford, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of risk of injury to child, operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating without insurance. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 14.

Angela Mastroianni, 47, of State Street, North Haven, was arrested Dec. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 9.
