Wallingford Police Blotter: Feb. 24 Through March 8, 2026
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Guillermo Hernandez, 49, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 24 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 10, according to state judicial records.
Melissa A. Cerilli, 46, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 27 on two counts of criminal violation of restraining order. She was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 20.

Jack B. Lanigan, 23, of Cheshire, was arrested March 4 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 19.
Alexander Rodriguez, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested March 4 on a charge of second-degree violating conditions of release. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 16.

John M. Oliveira, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested March 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, reckless driving, and evading responsibility – injury/property damage. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 20.
Juarez R. Gutierrez, 47, of Wallingford, was arrested March 6 on charges of third-degree strangulation / suffocation and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 13.
Robert F. Obie, 66, of Wallingford, was arrested March 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 20.
Jhonny Pinchupa, 22, of Wallingford, was arrested March 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to obey stop sign and operating motor vehicle without a license. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 20.
