Wallingford Police Blotter: Feb. 5 Through Feb. 11, 2019
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Shannon L. Bernard, 47, of Main Street, Portland, was arrested Feb. 5 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 19, according to state judicial records.
Dominic Patrissi, 67, of Ridgetop Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 27.

Hassan Zine-Eddine, 48, of Convers Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 5.
Boris M. Soria-Plaza, 19, of Andrews Street, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of evading responsibility and unsafe backing. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 19.

Joseph W. Gombas, 27, of Alicia Lane, Middletown, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of receipt from illegal use of credit card, less than $500 on revoked credit card and conspiracy to commit/credit card theft by transfer. He is being held on a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.
Edgar V. Cambisaca-Fajardo, 34, of David Drive, East Haven, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.
Christina M. Wright, 29, of North Turnpike Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 21.
Nancy M. Scacco, 58, of Capital Avenue, Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of first-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 26.
Andreka L. Avery, 27, of Hazel Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 9 on charges of third-degree forgery, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance and falsify market/license/registration. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 22.
Joshua A. Cardona, 30, of Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of failure to keep narcotic in original container, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana and failure to use seatbelt. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 26.
